Choice of law and forum

You and Interbisnes.net also agree and hereby submit to the filing of any claim only in the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of Kuala Lumpur Regional Arbitration Centre, Malaysia and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods.

Money Back Guarantee
Interbisnes.net will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 90 Days from the date of purchase. After 90 Days all sales are final. The date of purchase shall be as of Interbisnes.net's database and not otherwise. The Buyer must prove that the product is defective for the money back guarantee claim to take place. In any instances of inability to use the product, the Buyer must show tangible proof that he/she has failed to use the product satisfactorily. The process to recovery of refunds may take up to a maximum of 90 days from the date of request for refund in writing depending on case by case basis. In the event, that the claim for refund has been accepted, Interbisnes.net will, at its option, deduct any necessary costs incurred in terms of manpower and time to process this refund claim.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:
If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration, Malaysia, under the rules of UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules of 1976. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
